Where these files are used in Operandio
1. Knowledge Base
Store your operational playbook, such as SOPs, manuals, and how-to guides. This is all done in a searchable, mobile-friendly hub. PDF forms, instructional videos, and visuals can be accessed by staff when and where they need them.
2. Comms Hub
Upload announcements, visuals, or procedural updates and share them instantly across all locations. Ensure that essential documents, such as internal memos or instructional images, are visible and acknowledged.
3. Learning Management System (LMS) for Training Courses
Create engaging learning experiences by embedding videos, checklists, and supporting documents directly into courses. Upload existing collateral or combine file types to build custom microlearning paths.
4. Checklists
Attach documents, images, or videos to checklist steps to guide task execution in real-time. Whether it’s a visual reference for cleaning procedures or a PDF for compliance sign-off, it’s all within reach.
Why it matters
Operandio doesn’t force you to rebuild your training and compliance materials from scratch. If your teams already rely on legacy PDFs or spreadsheets, you can upload and organize them without friction. And when you’re ready to move to more dynamic, structured content, Operandio grows with you.
The result? Less app-switching, better access to critical resources, and consistent execution across every location.
