Absolutely. Operandio is totally secure and only staff members you assign as users can access your content. If someone leaves the company, it’s easy to remove them from the system. Each user can be assigned different access based on permissions. All of our data is stored on a cloud-based server and database that is PCI Level 1 compliant and backed up daily. All uploaded images and files are stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud storage.

Absolutely! We have apps available for existing Operandio customers on both the Apple & Android app stores. If you have a tablet device, you can set it up as a shared kiosk device, so your staff can login with their PIN codes and complete tasks.
